What is your refund policy?

All service purchases must be made in full before the reading or program can be scheduled. All services, once purchased are nonrefundable, but are transferrable to others. As of 5/10/2021 - you must schedule your service purchase within 2 years of the purchase date, or you forfeit your fee and reading, and must purchase again to schedule. Any service purchased before this policy change is good in perpetuity.

Event ticket purchase and refund policies are different, depending on who is hosting the event. Be sure to inquire before making your ticket purchases.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Please allow at least 24 hours courtesy notice of a cancelation so Chanda may offer your time slot to someone else.

You are allowed one no show. After a second no show, you lose your entire reading fee and will need to pay the entire fee again to book a reading.

What do you need from me before a session?

Chanda works in advance of your reading or session by meditating and collecting guidance. Please provide your questions at least 24 hours in advance of your reading or session. She uses numerology and astrology for most of her readings as well, so please also email your DOB.

She also uses astrology for both the Psychic Bootcamp and the Soul Path Consulting programs. This requires your full birth date, your exact time of birth, and your city and state/providence of birth. An exact time and location (city and state/province) are needed for the accurate casting of your astrological chart. Chanda will also need a phone number where you would like to be reached at the time of your call.
